I wanted to let you know what a gem Ilan is. His honesty, intelligence and creative problem-solving skills enabled me to refinance my first and 2nd (HELOC). Without his guidance, I would have had to sell my home which I had lived in for 35 years. My set of circumstances were "unique", so many banks would not approve a loan. Ilan's approach was to analyze the strengths of my situation and present it in the best possible light to the underwriters. He was right on top of the process with any requests from the underwriter. He also saw things we might need, even before it was requested, so we could be ready to submit the correct documents on time.
